Co-Sell Guide
Hyperscaler Co-Sell
Cross-hyperscaler co-sell comparison: Partner Center vs ACE vs Partner Advantage, registration fields, seller culture, and marketplace transact patterns.
Written by Ali Chehab for ISV and SI teams running Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud co-sell. See also stages, UDL, and the hyperscaler co-sell knowledge graph.
Three pipes, one discipline
Microsoft, AWS, and Google each run separate partner opportunity systems. Discipline is the same: qualify, register, engage seller, validate, transact, attribute.
Partners selling across clouds need three trained alliance ops paths, not one generic CRM field.
Registration comparison
Azure: Partner Center opportunity, co-sell ready flag, PAL for consumption. AWS: ACE submission, APN competency match, MAP when migrating. Google: Partner Advantage opportunity with specialization tags.
Field names differ. Customer identity, workload, value, stage, and partner contact must be accurate in each system.
Seller incentives
Microsoft sellers care about Azure consumption and M365 alignment. AWS sellers care about workload migration and service adoption. Google sellers push data and AI workloads on GCP.
Translate your pitch per cloud. The same customer may need three different technical hooks.
Interactive pursuit map
This site hosts the Hyperscaler Co-Sell Knowledge Graph: an interactive map of pursuit events, outcomes, owners, and repair routes across Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud.
Use the graph for field onboarding. Use these guides for query-specific depth on each motion.
